Job Description:

Urgent requirement for a Consumer FinTech company based in San Francisco, USA, and Bangalore, India. It builds consumer digital products that use Artificial Intelligence to improve how people make personal financial decisions, with their credit cards, checking accounts and personal savings.

The team has a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Data Sciences. The team was founded by Avi Patchava (former McKinsey, InMobi), Petko Platchkov (former McKinsey, CommuterClub founder), Varun Modi (former InMobi) and Alexander Seyfert (former Amazon, Yahoo). Team has raised funding of $10m from 28 angel investors (incl. Naveen Tewari and Kunal Shah) between San Francisco and Bangalore, and 3 Venture Capitalist funds: Sequoia, Falcon Edge and Oakhouse partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, Test and Deploy scalable components for team’s Smart Banking Platform in Django / Python
Develop Smart Algorithms and Sub Systems for Lending and Financial Communications to the User
Come up with quick and simple design solutions to complex engineering problems

Required Skills:

Strong First Principles Problem Solver (https://jamesclear.com/first-principles)
Experience with integration and development of REST services over back-end frameworks (such as Django, Node.js)
Strong Algorithm and Data Structures skillset
Demonstrated ability to share knowledge via formal mentoring, reviewing code, reviewing design documents, providing technical talks, teaching classes, or as a consultant on projects
Experience in developing scalable software systems
Some previous experience in Python based frameworks
1-2 years of demonstrated software development experience
Experience with developing upon Relational or NoSQL Databases at scale.

Preferred Skill Sets:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience
1+ years of Django development experience in B2C company
Experience with CI/CD frameworks
Deployment experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
Demonstrated Competitive Programming excellence

Job Description:

Customer Service Executive role at team is to support the company with all the Customer related interaction, defining processes and procedures to improve service levels. The right candidate should aim to grow either as a Customer Service Lead at team in 2-3 years’ time. While it is an Individual contributor role at this point. It will be managerial role, once we hire customer service representatives.

Responsibility

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries. In the lead role, this person will also be responsible to define Service level and track the same.
Communicating with customers through various channels. Where possible create templates to be more effective.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Complete understanding of products inside and out with ability to train the juniors.
Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.

Role & Responsibilities:

Analyse and gather insights from financial data to power Next Gen Digital Banking Stack for US Market

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and organise data from various sources(SQL tables) to perform analysis needed to answer analytical questions
Deriving actionable and interesting insights from data through analysis using Python and present to Product & Data Sciences team.
Analyse user cashflows(income, expenses [rent,bills, others], etc), events (dashboard logins, events, financial behaviours(credit card payments, internal account transfers, etc)

Required Skills:

1-2 years Experience with Data processing from SQL and/or other Relational Databases
Good experience with python
Must have performed data analysis for insights

Preferred Skill sets:

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js and React Native. His/her primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows.

Role Description

Based on previous experience, the candidate will be assigned either of the following roles:

Relationship Manager

Develop & nurture relationships with channel partners and enable them to achieve more business
Sourcing business through channel (partners), and building and nurturing relationships with them
Control Attrition rate of partners by maintaining active engagement with them
Maintaining high service quality and experience for partners and customers
Taking ownership of the entire sales process to increase overall business, while maintaining high service quality and experience for partners and customers

Sales Officer

Be responsible for the sales and closure of the loan offer to customers, by helping them get the best loan suited possible for them and assist on documentation closure
Drive cross sell sales of multiple products (insurance, savings, etc) to the allocated customers
Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements. possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate the same effectively to customers
Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution
